The new feature on iOS 17 from Apple has received many positive reviews from the iPhone user community.

NameDrop will allow users to share information between iPhones simply by tapping two devices together. When using this feature, the user’s device will display an information card, and users can choose to receive or send information. Additionally, they can select which information is allowed to be shared to avoid sending the wrong data
This feature has received a lot of positive reviews from the iPhone user community after updating to the new operating system version. Apple has also announced plans to bring this feature to Apple Watches soon to make information sharing even more convenient and effortless.
In addition, with watchOS 10.1 and iOS 17.1, users can already share information using the NameDrop feature on both Apple Watch and iPhone.
However, not everyone may prefer to use this feature, and iPhone users can completely disable it in the settings.
